The actor/writer/comedian took to Twitter on Monday to let the world know a couple things.
1. He will be in and around Huntsville for the next little.
2. There’s a project with John Cleese filming in the Huntsville area soon.
3. Airbnb screwed up his reservation, gave his house to someone else and kept the actor’s money.

The online accommodations marketplace may not have to worry about keeping Cleese as a customer after several Ontarians offered up their homes with killer views to the Oscar nominee.

Then there are those who are more than OK if Cleese stays at their homes for free – though the Fawlty Towers star might have to sacrifice and pitch in a little.

Airbnb responded about an hour after Cleese’s tweet made the rounds, apologizing and hoping to sort it all out.
“Hi John, we’re very sorry to hear about this and want to help you get this sorted,” Airbnb tweeted.
“Can you please DM us more information about the reservation that was cancelled? Thank you.”
