VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – If you were one of the many people hoping to rock out to the Rolling Stones in Vancouver this year, think again.
The band has changed its mind about coming to the city as part of its upcoming NO FILTER tour.
The Stones had originally hoped to perform at BC Place. However, according to a statement, previously planned dates for Vancouver, Louisville, Cleveland and Buffalo could not be rescheduled, and that ticketholders would be contacted by Ticketmaster.

Vancouver was the only Canadian date on the band’s tour.
The Stones are adding three new dates, but all of them are in the U.S. In a statement, frontman Mick Jagger says, “I’m so excited to get back on the stage again and want to thank everyone for their patience,” adding “See you soon!”
“We’re back on the road! See you there!” said Keith Richards.
The Rolling Stones begin their NO FILTER tour on Sept. 26 in St. Louis, Missouri. The tour wraps up in November in Texas.
