The first round of East Coast Music Awards were handed out last night during the virtual award show, with two Newfoundland and Labrador artists taking home awards.
Labrador’s Silver Wolf Band took home the award for Indigenous Artist of the Year and Kellie Loder took home Fan Choice Video of the Year for her song Molded Like a Monster.
The ECMA Awards part two takes place on Sunday with more music and Industry awards being announced, which will be streamed on the association’s Facebook and YouTube accounts at 6:30 p.m. Newfoundland time.
